 Supply Chain is a network of independent organizations working in mutual cooperation and mutual benefit in controlling, regulating and improving the flow of materials and information from supplier to consumer.

Procurement information for consumers include: what products are available, delivery schedules, etc. While the information of consumers include: the number of products to be ordered, the identification of the product, when a product to be ordered, complaints or criticism. With the CSM, the company will be able to design products that will be produced.
